Return & Refund Policy – RoamDy

We want all customers to shop confidently. If a product is defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory, we make returns and refunds straightforward.


1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, final sale, or heavily discounted items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Used, worn, or damaged merchandise


3. Return Process

  1. Email roamdy@roamdy.shop with order number and reason for return

  2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

  3. Ship the item to the specified address

  4. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed


4. Refund Timing

  • Refunds usually processed within 5–10 business days

  • Returned via the original payment method

  • Confirmation email sent after processing


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Returns due to customer preference are paid by the customer

  • Returns due to defective or incorrect items: RoamDy covers or reimburses shipping


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if stock is available. If not, a refund will be issued.
